摘 要:概括P型分子筛的结构特点及吸附性能,分析了P型分子筛合成原理,综述了以不同原料制备P型分子筛的国内外研究进展。P型分子筛具有特殊孔道结构和良好的吸附性能,可广泛应用于工业废水中金属离子的去除,实现水体净化。通过合成原理分析可获得调控P型分子筛晶粒生长过程,抑制X型分子筛和方钠石等杂晶的出现,得到高纯度的P型分子筛。以天然矿物和固体污染物为原料,通过提取硅铝组分可制备性能较好的P型分子筛,尤其是采用固体废弃物为原料,不但扩充了其合成原料的来源,同时还实现了固体废弃物资源化利用,从降低成本和循环经济发展的角度来说这将是今后P型分子筛合成的发展趋势。General structural characteristics and adsorption performance was summarized, the synthesis principle was analyzed, the different research progress on preparation of p-type zeolite was introduced. P-type zeolite with special pore structure andgood absorption performance, which can be widely applied to the removal of metal ions in wastewater to achieve water purification. After analyzing the regulation of P-type zeolite erystalgrowth processes, thehigh purity P-type zeolite can be obtained via controllling the progress of P-type zeolitegrowth, and constraining the emergence of X-type zeolite and miscellaneous sodalite. With naturalminerals and solid waste as raw materials, P-type zeolite can be prepared with silicon aluminium components by extracting properties, in particular the use of solid waste as raw materials, not only expanded its synthetic sources of raw materials, also achieved solid waste resource utilization. It will be the future trend of the development of P-type zeolite synthesis from costing reduction and recycling economy development point of view.
