摘　　要：生态产业是实现经济社会可持续发展的根本选择。生态产业的深入推进和发展,应遵循产业生态学理论、生态经济学理论、生态循环经济理论和可持续发展理论。生态产业发展的内在要求体现在四个方面,即把提高生态效益作为第一要务、离不开低碳科技的持续创新、充分考虑生态系统的承载能力以及尊重生态经济发展的规律。从注重经济社会发展与生态环境资源的匹配度、强化政策支持保障、加大低碳科技创新、优化资源要素的配置机制、国际合作等方面提出推进生态产业发展的措施。Ecological industry is the fundamental choice to realize sustainable economic and social development. The in-depth advancement and development of ecological industry should follow the theory of industrial ecology, ecological economics, ecocycle economy and sustainable development. The inner requirement of ecological industry development is reflected in four aspects in terms of improving ecological benefit as the first priority, continuous innovation of low carbon technology, give full consideration to the carrying capacity of ecological system and respect the law of development of ecological economy. The study put forward the countermeasures. The government should pay attention to the matching degree between economic and social development and ecological environment resources, strengthen the policy support, increase the low carbon technology innovation, and optimize resources configuration mechanism and international co- operation.
