摘　　要：[目的 /意义]哈佛燕京学社引得编纂处是民国期间重要的索引编纂机构,最兴盛时也只有10余人,却在20余年时间内编纂出版了64种81册《汉学引得丛刊》。通过对引得编纂处成员予以分析研究,揭示引得编纂处编纂古籍索引取得成功的关键。[方法 /过程]运用文献分析法和数据分析法,挖掘哈佛燕京学社《汉学引得丛刊》中引得编纂处成员构成,通过钩沉史料,揭示各自生平、学术背景、学术思想及其在引得编纂处所承担的任务与角色。[结果/结论]拥有精干的专业人才队伍是哈佛燕京学社引得编纂处在古籍索引编纂方面取得斐然成就的关键要素。[Purpose/significance] Harvard-Yenching Institute Sinological Index Office is an important index compilation agency in the period of Republic of China. Although the most flourishing only about a dozen people, it compiled and published 81 copies of 64 species ＂Sinological index series＂in the short more than 20 years time. Members research and analysis of Sinological Index Office is the key to understand success of the compilation of classical literature index compiling of Sinological Index Office.[Method/process] By literature analysis and data analysis, we find members analysis of Sinological Index Office is always a blind spot in the research process of Harvard-Yenching Institute Sinological Index Series in recent years. Through historical anecdotes, we reveal their respective life, learning operation background, academic thought and the task and role in the Sinological Index Office.[Result/conclusion] Study find：a group of competent professionals is the key of brilliant achievements of Harvard-Yenching Institute Sinological Index Office in classical literature index compilation.
