摘　　要：针对公共文化服务设施建设方案的选择问题,提出基于区间直觉模糊数(IVIFN)的多准则决策优化方法.首先给出全面考虑IVIFN模糊信息,可衡量两个不同IVIFNs的差异度的计算公式,据此构造带均衡系数的评价准则权重确定模型;然后给出考虑正负理想的相对距离计算公式,据此进行最终排序;最后以某省会城市的公共文化服务设施建设方案的选择问题为例,对决策结果进行多维度数值分析,设置不同的均衡系数值,并与不同的评价方法进行排序结果的比较,综合说明所提优化模型和决策方法的合理性和有效性.In this paper, we propose a novel approach to cope with a multi-criteria decision making problem. This approach is based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers （IVIFNs） with respect to public cultural service facilities＇ constructing. In order to compare any two IVIFNs, we introduce four formulas which take the pre- ferred degree, non-preferred degree and hesitant degree into consideration. Depending oil these formulas, we give a distance formula to measure the difference degree be- tween any two IVIFNs. Then, an optimization model is constructed to calculate the criteria weights considering two different aspects. During the constructing process, we set an equilibrium coefficient to adjust different aspects＇ influence on weighted values.In the ranking procedure, we apply a relative distance formula to consider both of the positive ideal and negative ideal. A provincial capital would construct some public cultural service facilities, and we take it as an illustrative example. In addition, we analyze the example＇s result and compare it with two different methods. All of these validate the reasonability and effectiveness of the proposed method.
