穴位敷贴联合拔罐辅助治疗小儿痰湿蕴肺型咳嗽的临床疗效

摘　　要：为了深入探讨传统中医治疗方法对小儿痰湿蕴肺型咳嗽的治疗或辅助治疗效果,本研究以我院收治的92例小儿痰湿蕴肺型咳嗽病例为研究对象,按随机数字法等分为试验组(46例)和对照组(46例)。对照组患儿给予常规西医药物治疗,观察组患儿在对照组治疗方案基础上给予穴位敷贴联合拔罐治疗,在两种治疗方案治疗1个疗程(10 d)后进行临床疗效分析。研究结果显示,试验组的治疗总有效率(97.83%)显著优于对照组(86.96%),统计学分析具有显著差异性(p<0.05)。治疗后和治疗后1个月随访,试验组患儿咳嗽、咯痰、喘息、哮鸣等主要症状体征积分及主要症状总积分显著低于对照组,且试验组患儿的主要症状体征积分及主要症状总积分缓解速度明显优于对照组。治疗后两组患儿的免疫指标CD4+/CD8+值均显著高于治疗前(p<0.05),且治疗后试验组患儿的免疫指标CD4+/CD8+值显著高于对照组(p<0.05);两组患儿在治疗期间均未发生明显的心脑血管、过敏反应、神经系统等不良症状。我们的研究表明,西医方案辅以穴位敷贴及拔罐治疗在小儿痰湿蕴肺型咳嗽治疗中远期与近期疗效均较为确切,可有效改善患儿主要不良症状体征,提升患儿机体免疫水平,不失为一种小儿痰湿蕴肺型咳嗽临床治疗的有效辅助方案。In order to further explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment on pediatric phlegmy wet aggregates type lung cough, this study selected 92 cases of patients with pediatric phlegmy wet aggregates type lung cough in our hospital as the research object, and divided them into the experimental group （46 cases） and the control group （46 cases） according to the random number method. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, while the observation group was given acupoint application combined with cupping therapy on the basis of the treatment for the control group, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed after a course of treatment （10 d）. The results showed that the total effective rate （97.83%） of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the the control group （86.96%）, and the difference was statistically significant （p〈0.05）; Follow-up after treatment and 1 month after treatment, we found that the sign scores and total scores ofmare symptoms and signs of cough, expectoration, breathing and wheezing in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the remission rate of the sign scores and total scores of main symptoms in the experimental group was better than the control group. After treatment, immune indexes of CD4＋/CD8＋of the two groups were both significantly higher than those before treatment （p 〈0.05）, and the immune indexes of CD4＋/CD8＋ of the experimental group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）; There were no occurrence of cardio cerebrovascular, allergic reactions, nervous system and other adverse symptoms during the treatment period of the two groups.
