摘　　要：自20世纪60年代初PTX被发现以来,在世界范围内形成了紫杉烷类抗肿瘤药物的研究热潮,新型的紫杉烷类药物相继被开发。该文简要综述了紫杉烷类抗肿瘤药物的研究现状,包括现已上市、处于临床前研究阶段和处于临床研究阶段的紫杉烷类抗肿瘤药物,最后展望了紫杉烷类抗肿瘤药物的研究方向。Since paclitaxel was found in the early 1960s, research upsurge of taxane has been formed around the world and new kinds of taxane have been developed. In this paper, we briefly reviewed the research status of antineoplastic taxane, including listed, and clinical and pre-clinical antineoplastic taxane. Finally, the paper predicted the research direction of antineoplastic taxane in the future.
