摘 要:微片作为一种新型的给药系统,具有分散均匀、剂量灵活、可调节释放和定位给药等优点,还可以延长作用时间,减少服药次数;减少用药后个体性差异;克服普通片剂和胶囊剂存在的吞咽障碍等问题,能很好的被儿科人群广泛接受,已经得到了研究者们越来越多的关注。本文主要综述了近年来国内外微片应用的研究状况,以期为微片的进一步研究和临床应用提供理论基础和研发思路。Minitablets as a novel drug delivery system, with advantages of uniform dispersion, flexible dose and adjustable drug release and location, can prolong the action time, reduce the frequency of administration and individual difference after treatment. Swallowing difficulty of ordinary tablets and capsules can be overcome by using this dosage form, and it can be widely accepted by pediatric population, so has gained more and more attention of researchers. This paper mainly summarizes the research progress of minitablets in recent years, in order to provide theoretical basis and research ideas for their further research and clinical application.
