加味小青龙汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作97例

摘　　要：目的:观察加味小青龙汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)急性发作期的临床疗效。方法:将97例COPD患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组47例。对照组给予常规西医基础治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服加味小青龙汤。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、CAT问卷、6分钟步行距离变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为80.85%,治疗组有效率为94.00%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后症状积分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后CAT问卷积分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后6分钟步行距离高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味小青龙汤对寒痰内伏、气虚血瘀型COPD急性发作期有良好的临床疗效,可显著改善患者的症状、提高患者的运动耐受力。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Supplemented Minor Green Dragon Decoction on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods：Totally 97 patients with COPD were randomized into treatment group （50 cases ） and control group （47 cases）. Control group were given conventional therapy of western medicine while treatment group were added with Sup- plemenled Minor Green Dragon Decoction. The clinical effects of both groups were observed and the TCM symptom scores, CAT questionnaire and changes of walking distance within 6 minutes in the two groups were observed and compared. The effective rate was 80.85% in control group and 94.00% in treatment group,with statistical significance （P 〈 0, 05 ）. The symptom scores and the scores of CAT questionnaire in both groups declined after treatment, and the score in treatment group was lower than that in control group, with statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）, The walking distance within 6 minutes in both groups decreased after treatment,and the distance in treatment group was larger than that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Supplemented Minor Green Dragon Decoction has excellent clinical effects on COPD at acute attack stage with syndrome of internal cold phlegm accu- mulation and syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis, which can improve the patients symptoms and enhance their exercise tolerance.
