双白半水提浸膏对环磷酰胺致免疫功能低下小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察双白半水提浸膏对环磷酰胺致免疫功能低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将60只小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、对照组、给药高剂量组、给药中剂量组和给药低剂量组,每组各10只。除正常组外,其余各组连续3 d采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺制备免疫功能低下动物模型。造模成功后,空白组及模型组给予蒸馏水10 mL·(kg·d)^(-1),灌胃,每日1次;对照组给予盐酸左旋咪唑10 mL·(kg·d)^(-1),给药低剂量组给予双白半水提浸膏10 mL·(kg·d)^(-1)、给药中剂量组给予双白半水提浸膏20 mL·(kg·d)^(-1)、给药高剂量组给予双白半水提浸膏40 mL·(kg·d)^(-1),灌胃,每日1次,连续15 d。采用碳粒廓清法检测小鼠巨噬细胞能力,用称质量法测定小鼠免疫器官指数,用放免法检测小鼠血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α),白介素-1β(interleukin-1β,IL-1β)含量。结果:与模型组比较,给药组碳粒廓清率、胸腺、脾脏指数、TNF-α和IL-1β明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与给药低剂量组比较,给药高剂量组、给药中剂量组碳粒廓清率胸腺、脾脏指数、TNF-α和IL-1β升高明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双白半水提浸膏能明显改善免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能。Objective ：To observe the influence of Double While Semi-Hydrated Extract on mice＇s immune hypofimction induced by Cyclophosphamide. Methods：Totally 60 mice were randomized into blank group,model group,control group,drag administration of high dosage group, drug administration of medium dosage group and drug administration of low dosage group, 10 mice in each group. Expect normal group, the rest of groups were established animal models with immune hypothnction induced by Cyclophosphamide for consecutive 3 days of intraperitoneal injection. After the models were established,bland group and model group were given gavage of distilled water of 10 mL· （kg · d）-1, once a day; control group were given Levamisole ttydrochloride of 10 mL · （kg · d） -1 ;drug administration of low,medium and high dosage groups were respectively given Double White Semi-Hy- drated Extrac.t of 10 mL · （kg · d） -1,20 mL · （kg ·d） -1 and 40 mL · （kg · d） -1 for gavage,once a day and tor consecutive 15 days. The macrophagocyte ability was determined by the method of carbon granular clearance; the immune organ index was measured by weighing; the contents of TNF-α and IL-1γ were measured by radinimmunoassay. Results： Compared With model group, the rate of carbon granular clearance,index of thorax and spleen and contents of TNF-α and IL-1β increased markedly;the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： Double White Semi-Hydrated Extract can significantly improve /he miee＇s immune hypofunction.
