经穴外敷中药治疗中风后抑郁症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察经穴外敷中药治疗中风后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年2-8月本院收治的中风后抑郁患者82例为观察对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各41例。对照组予以氟西汀口服治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用经穴外敷中药治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分与抑郁自评分(SDS)评分变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为70.7%,治疗组有效率为90.2%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后HAMD评分与SDS评分均优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经穴外敷中药治疗中风后抑郁症疗效确切,且可有效改善患者的抑郁症状。Objective ：To observe the clinical effects of external application of Chinese medicine to acupoints for the treatment of post-stroke depressive disorder. Methods：Totally 82 patients with post-stroke depressive disorder treated between February and August 2015 were randonlized into control group and treatment group,41 cases in each group. Control group were given oral ad- ministration of Fluoxetine while treatment group were additionally given external application of Chinese medicine to acupoints. The clinical effects in both groups were observed. The scores of HAMD and SDS before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results：The effective rate was 70.7% in control group and 90.2% in treatment group;the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The scores of HAMD and SDS in both groups ＇after treatment were superior to those before treatment, and treatment group were superior to control group,with statistical difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： External application of Chinese medicine to aeupoints has definite therapeutic effects on post-stroke depressive disorder,which can effectively improve the depressive symptoms of the patients.
