温中化萎汤治疗脾虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察温中化萎汤治疗脾虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组给予摩罗丹浓缩丸,治疗组给予温中化萎汤。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后症状积分变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率为87.5%,对照组有效率为75.0%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后主要症状积分低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组胃脘胀满、饮食减少、胃脘疼痛、疲乏无力、嗳气、反酸嘈杂及舌象积分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后症状总积分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温中化萎汤治疗脾虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效显著,可改善患者的临床症状。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Middle-Warming and Atrophy-Relieving Decoction on chronic atrophic gas- tritis with syndrome of spleen deficiency and blood stasis. Methods ：Totally 80 patients were randomized into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group. Control group were given Muo-luo-dan Concentrated Pill while treatment group were given Middle-Warming and Atrophy-Relieving Decoction. The clinical effects of beth groups were observed. The changes of the scores of symptoms before and after treatment in beth groups were compared. Results ：The effective rate was 87.5% in treatment group and 75.0% in control group; the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The scores of main symptoms after treatment were lower than those before treatment in both groups; the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The scores of gastric dis- tension, poor appetite, gastric pain, fatigue, belching, acid regurgitation and tongue manifestations in treatment group were lower than these in control group, with statistical difference （ P 〈 0.05）. The total scores of symptoms in beth groups were lower than those in control group, and treatment group were lower than treatment group, with statistical difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Middle-Warming and Atrophy-Relieving Decoction has significant therapeutic effects on chronic atrophic gastritis with syndrome of spleen deficiency and blood stasis,which can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.
