中药联合耳穴贴压治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药联合耳穴贴压治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:收集就诊本院的湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎患者102例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各51例。对照组以清热祛湿、活血化瘀为治疗大法,给予中药方剂口服,治疗组在对照组的基础上配合耳穴贴压治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分和局部体征积分变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率为94.1%;对照组有效率为74.5%。两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分及局部体征积分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合耳穴贴压治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎临床疗效显著,且可改善患者临床症状。Objective ：To observe the clinical effects of Chinese medicine combined with auricular seeds embedding on chronic pel- vic inflammation of damp-heat stagnation pattern. Methods： Totally 102 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation of damp-heat stagnation pattern were randomized into treatment group and control group ,51 cases in each group. Control group were treated by clearing heat and removing dampness ,activating blood and resolving blood stasis and given oral administration of Chinese medicine, while treatment group were additionally given auricular seeds embedding therapy. The clinical effects of both groups were ob- served. The changes of TCM symptom scores before and ＇after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results：The effective rate was 94.1% in treatment group and 74.5% cain control group; the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The TCM symptom scores and local symptom scores in both groups affter treatment improved,and the scores in treatment groups were lower than those in control group, with statistical difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine combined with auricular seeds embedding has significant therapeutic effects on chronic pelvic iifflammation of damp-heat stagnation pattern, which can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.
