糖尿病视网膜病变与MMP-7基因多态性的相关性

摘　　要：目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)-181A/G基因多态性与2型糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)发病风险的关系。方法:400例糖尿病(DM)患者根据是否合并DR分为DM组(205例)和DR组(195例),选取同期健康体检者261例作为对照组。采用限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)-聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测三组受试者MMP-7-181A/G基因多态性。结果:三组受试者A、G等位基因频率,A/A、A/G、G/G基因型频率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。并且,与A/G+A/A基因型相比,携带G/G基因型不会增加2型糖尿病DR的发病风险。结论:MMP-7-181A/G基因多态性与2型糖尿病视网膜病变的发病无关。Objective：To investigate the risk of diabetic relinopathy （DR） and polymorphism of malrix metalloproteinase-7 （MMP-7） -181A/G gene. Methods： 400 diabetes mellitus （DM） patients were divided into DM group （n=205） and DR group （n=195） according to whether combined DR; 261 cases of healthy conlrols were taken as control group. RFLP-PCR was used to detect the polymorphism of MMP-7-181A/G gene ofsubjects in 3 groups. Results： There was no statistical signifi- cance about A, G allele frequency, and A/A, A/G, G/G genotype frequency among 3 groups （P〉0.05）. Moreover, compared with A/G＋A/A genotype, carrying the G/G genotype didn＇t increase the risk of DR. Conclusions： The MMP-7-181A/G gene polymorphism has no relations with relinopathy of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
