Low-temperature preservation of canine erythrocyte has important clinical value, the preservation solution plays an important role in canine erythrocyte preservation. In this study, four different preservation solutions(CPDA-1,CPDA-2,CPDA-3and MAP)were used for canine erythrocyte preservation at 4 ℃,the proper preservation solution was selected according to the erythrocyte number and K~+,Na~+ and Cl^- concentrations. The results showed that the erythrocyte number in preservation solution was decreased, and the reduction number of erythrocyte in MAP group was significantly lower than that of other groups(P〈0.05).The K+concentration in preservation solution was increased, but the K^+ augmenter in MAP group was significantly lower than that of other groups(P〈0.05).The Na^+/Cl^- concentration in preservation solution was decreased, but the Na^+/Cl^- concentration decrements in MAP group was significantly lower than that of other groups(P〈0.05).These results indicated the MAP solution was more suitable for the low-temperature preservation of canine erythrocyte.
