护理干预在肾动态显像中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在肾动态显像成败中的应用价值。方法肾动态显像2 077例(对照组),其中显像失败110例(A组):肾图曲线有b段平台样型22例,a段与b段不匹配型17例,肾图曲线其他类型13例;注射部位放射性残留5%~15%25例,注射部位残留16%~30%16例,注射部位残留>30%17例。肾动态显像2 446例(护理干预组),其中显像失败52例(B组):肾图曲线有b段平台样型6例,a段与b段不匹配型5例,肾图曲线其他类型5例;注射部位放射性残留5%~15%10例,注射部位残留16%~30%13例,注射部位残留>30%13例。采用SPSS 17.0统计软件,行χ~2检验。结果对照组肾动态显像失败率5.29%(110/2 077),护理干预组肾动态显像失败率2.13%(52/2 446)(χ~2=32.69。P<0.01)。2组显像失败病例构成差异无统计学意义(χ~2=6.48,P>0.05)。结论护理干预能降低患者肾动态显像的失败率。Objective To discuss the value of nursing intervention in the successful or not renal dynamic im- aging. Methods Twenty hundkeds and Sevety Seven patients of renal dynamic imaging were before nursing intervention （control group）, There are 110 unsuccessful cases （Group A） ： 22 cases of renal curve appear platform in section b, 17 cases of renal curve show section a and section b do not match, 13 cases of other types; 25 cases of radioactive coun- ting residual 5%-15% in the injection site, 16 cases of radioactive counting residual 16%-30% in the injection site, radioactive counting residual 〉30% in the injection sitehas 17 cases. Results Twenty-four hundreds and sixty-six patients of renal dynamic imaging were after nursing intervention （nursing intervention group）. There are 52 unsuccessful cases （Group B）： 6 cases of renal curve appear platform in section b, 5 cases of renal curve show section a and section b do not match, 5 cases of other types; 10 cases of radioactive counting residual 5%-15% in the injection site, 13 cases of radioactive counting residual 16%-30% in the injection site, radioactive counting residual 〉30% in the injection sitehas 13 cases. Using χ2 test to analyze these values by SPSS 17.0 statistical software. Results The failure rate of the control group was 5.29%（110/2 077）, and the failure rate of the nursing intervention group was 2.13%（52/2 446） （χ2=32.69, P〈0.01 ）. There were no statistical significance between Group A and B （χ2=6.48, P〉0.05）. Conclusion Nursing inter- vention will reduce the failure rate of renal dynamic imaging.
