摘  要:目的探讨肥大细胞(MCs)及细胞表面分化抗原117(CD117)在绝经后子宫内膜息肉(EP)发病中的作用。方法收集EP40例(观察组)和正常萎缩性子宫内膜40例(对照组)标本,用免疫组织化学染色法检测各组标本中肥大细胞类胰蛋白酶β2(TPSB2)、类糜蛋白酶-1(Chy-1)及CD117染色阳性的MCs数量并分析其临床意义。结果绝经后观察组TPSB2、Chy-1和CD117阳性的MCs数量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,2组中CD117阳性的MCs数量分别与TPSB2和Chy-1阳性的MCs数量呈显著正相关(均P<0.05)。结论 MCs的过度活性及伴随的炎症性损害可能是绝经后EP形成及发展的原因,CD117及其配体干细胞因子促进了MCs的增殖与分化,具体机制需更进一步的探讨。Objective To explore the role of mast cells(MCs) and cell differentiation antigen 117(CD117) in the occurrence of postmenopausal endometrial polyps(EP).Methods The tissue specimens collected from 80 patients were divided into 2 groups:observation group(postmenopausal EP)(n=40) and control group(normal atrophic endometrium)(n=40);the numbers of tryptase beta-2(TPSB2),chymasel(Chy-1) and CD 117 positive MCs were detected by immunohistochemistry methods and the clinical significance was analyzed.Results The numbers of TPSB2,Chy-1 and CDl 17 positive MCs in observation group were much bigger than those in control group(P〈0.05);correlation analysis indicated that the numbers of CD117 positive MCs in the 2 groups were both in positive correlation to those of TPSB2,Chy-1 positive MCs in the 2 groups.Conclusions The overactivity of MCs along with the inflammatory injury may be the cause of the occurrence and development of postmenopausal EP,and CD117 with its ligang stem cell facotor(SCF) promotes the proliferation and differentiation of MCs;the mechanism needs further research.
