当归补血口服液改善老年半髋关节置换术后症状的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察探索当归补血口服液对老年患者半髋关节置换术后症状的疗效,以寻求有效的中医药治疗方法。方法选择100例老年半髋关节置换术患者,按照随机数字表法分为2组:观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组采用当归补血口服液治疗,对照组采用琥珀酸亚铁片治疗,观察并比较2组的治疗效果。结果观察组显性失血量[(350.46±25.98)mL]和隐性失血量[(510.36±52.36)mL]均明显少于对照组显性失血量[(498.45±56.89)mL]和隐性失血量[(896.53±75.89)mL](均P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组术后3 d疼痛评分显著降低[(4.12±1.39)分vs(3.36±0.45)分]、术后7 d疼痛评分明显下降[(3.52±0.45)分vs(1.48±0.63)分]和术后14 d疼痛评分显著降低[(1.65±0.42)分vs(0.35±0.47)分](均P<0.05)。结论当归补血口服液有效改善老年半髋关节置换术患者的症状,值得在临床上应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Danggui blood-enriching oral liquid in improving the symptoms of the elderly patients after hemiarthroplasty.Methods 100 elderly patients after hemiarthroplasty were randomly divided into 2 groups：observation group and control group,50 cases in each;,the administration of Danggui blood-enriching oral liquid was made to patients in observation group while the administration of ferrous succinate tablets was made to patients in control group;the therapeutic effects in the 2 groups were observed and compared.Results The dominant blood loss[（350.46±25.98） mL]and occult blood loss[（510.36±52.36） mL]of the patients in observation group were significantly less than the dominant blood loss[（498.45 ±56.89） mL]and occult blood loss[（896.53 ±75.89） mL]of the patients in control group（P〈0.05）;compared with control group,the pain scores of the patients in observation group 3 days after operation decreased more significantly[（4.12±1.39） vs（3.36±0.45）%],even more 7 days after operation[（3.52±0.45）vs（1.48±0.63）%]and much more 14 days after operation[（1.65±0.42） vs（0.35±0.47）%]（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Danggui blood-enriching oral liquid can effectively improve the symptoms of the elderly patients after hemiarthroplasty,and it is worthy of clinical application.
