摘 要:目的建立测定麻杏止咳糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Boston Green ODS C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸(4∶96)为流动相,柱温为30℃,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为210 nm。结果盐酸麻黄碱与盐酸伪麻黄碱进样量分别在0.086 4~8.64μg和0.082 72~8.272μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9);平均加样回收率分别为96.75%和97.40%,RSD分别为1.38%和1.06%(n=9)。结论该方法操作简便、专属性强、准确度高、重复性好,可用于麻杏止咳糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱与盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量测定。Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochlo-ride in Maxingzhike Syrup. Methods The Boston Green ODS C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was adopted with methonal-0. 1%H3PO4(4 :96)as the mobile phase,the column temperature was 30 ℃,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min and the detective wave-length was 210 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear at the ranges of 0. 0864-8. 64 μg,0. 08272-8. 272 μg for ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride(r=0. 9999),the average recoveries were 96. 75% and 97. 40%,the RSDs were 1. 38% and 1. 06%(n=9). Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,and reproducible,which can be used as the content determina-tion of the ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Maxingzhike Syrup.
