他莫昔芬与甲基睾丸素联合小金丸治疗乳腺小叶增生临床评价

摘　　要：目的探讨他莫昔芬、甲基睾丸素(甲睾酮)联合小金丸治疗乳腺小叶增生的临床疗效及安全性。方法将206例确诊乳腺小叶增生患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各103例。对照组予他莫昔芬片(每日2次,每次1片)联合甲睾酮片(每日1次,每次2片)口服治疗,观察组在此基础上加用小金丸(每日2次,每次2袋)口服治疗,均于月经来潮前15 d口服至经期开始日止,疗程均为3个月。结果治疗后,观察组患者总有效率为90.29%,显著高于对照组患者的78.64%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者乳房肿块大小及乳房胀痛程度均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组患者改善程度更显著(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血清催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E_2)水平均较治疗前明显下降,而孕酮(P)水平较治疗前升高,且观察组患者改变更显著(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论他莫昔芬、甲基睾丸素联合小金丸治疗乳腺小叶增生安全、有效。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Tamoxifen,Methyltestosterone combined with Xiaojin Pills for treating breast lobular hyperplasia. Methods Totally 206 patients with breast lobular hyperplasia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,103 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Tamoxifen （twice a day,one tablet each time）combined with Methyltestosterone （once a day,two pills each time）,on this basis,the observation group was given Xiaojin Pills （twice a day,two bagseach time）. The patients in two groups were given treatment from 15 d before menstruation starts to date,the course of treatment was 3 months. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90. 29%,which was significantly higher than 78. 64% of the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the size of breast lumps and the degree of breast tenderness in the two groups were significantly improved than those before treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）,and the observation group improved more obviously （P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the levels of serum PRL and E2 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,while the level of progesterone was higher than that before treatment,and the change in the observation group was more significant（P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion Tamoxifen,Methyltestosterone combined with Xiaojin Pills for treating breast lobular hyperplasia has good effect and safety.
