摘　　要：目的探讨七叶皂苷钠消退重睑整形术后眼皮肿胀的效果。方法将2015年6月至2016年12月收治的80例重睑整形术后眼皮肿胀患者随机分为常规组和七叶皂苷钠组,各40例。常规组常规给予抗生素口服并用乙醇外敷,七叶皂苷钠组在常规组治疗基础上静脉给予七叶皂苷钠。结果重睑整形术后,七叶皂苷钠组眼皮肿胀缓解率高于常规组(P<0.05),眼皮肿胀消退时间短于常规组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相近(P>0.05);干预前,两组患者眼睑宽度、眼裂高度、眼周皮肤肿胀评分相近(P>0.05),出院时七叶皂苷钠组上述指标优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论七叶皂苷钠消退重睑整形术后眼皮肿胀效果确切,可有效缩短患者的眼睑宽度,提高眼裂高度,减轻眼周皮肤肿胀程度,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Sodium Aescinate for treating eyelid swelling after double eyelid formation surgery. Methods Totally 80 patients with eyelid swelling after double eyelid formation surgery from June 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into the conventional group and the sodium aescinate group,40 cases in each group. The conventional group was given antibiotics orallyand applied with ethanol,on this basis,the sodium aescinate group was added sodium aescinate by intravenous injection. Results After double eyelid formation surgery,the remission rate of the sodium aescinate group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group（P 〈 0. 05）,the regression time of the sodium aescinate group was significantly shorter than that in the conventional group（P 〈 0. 05）,the incidence rates of adverse reactions in the two groups were similar（P 〉 0. 05）. Before the interven-tion,the eyelid width,eye fissure height and the score of the swelling degree of skin around the eyes skin were similar in the two groups（P〉 0. 05）,on discharge,those in the sodium aescinate group was significantly better than those in the conventional group（P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Sodium Aescinate in the treatment of eyelid swelling after double eyelid formation surgery has good effect,it can effectively shorten the eyelid width,improve the height of eye fissure,reduce the swelling degree of the skin around the eye,and has no obvious adverse reaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
