摘　　要：目的完善医院静脉用药集中调配工作流程,保证输液质量,提高临床用药的安全性和合理性,为合理优化资源提供依据。方法对比分析工作流程改进前后和期间各类差错发生情况以及目前工作中暴露的问题。结果优化及新增工作流程后提高了工作效率,各项差错发生率呈逐季度下降趋势。结论工作流程的改进优化,降低了差错率,为医院静脉用药集中调配工作更好、更快发展奠定了基础,有助于较好地完成配置任务。在保证临床合理用药的同时,对今后工作流程设置的改进提供了依据。Objective To improve the centralized distribution of intravenous drugs in the hospital,ensure the quality of infusion,improve the safety and rationality of clinical medication,and to provide the basis for rational optimization of resources. Methods All kinds of errors before and after the process improvement and the problems exposed in the current work were compared and analyzed . Results After optimizing and adding new workflow,the work efficiency was improved,and the error rate was decreasing quarterly. Conclusion The improvement and optimization of the workflow can reduce the error rate,it lays a foundation for better and faster de-velopment of PIVAS in hospitals,and helps to better accomplish the configuration tasks.
