摘 要:为研制相变温度在2~8℃的用于医药冷链物流系统的二元有机复合相变蓄冷材料,通过步冷曲线试验和DSC试验,对比十二醇(LA)-辛酸(CA)、十二醇(LA)-癸酸(DA)和十二醇(LA)-壬酸(NA)这3种不同质量配比的二元有机溶液的特性,发现十二醇-辛酸二元有机溶液质量比分数为40:60时,相变温度为2.08℃,相变潜热为224.5 J/g。经热常数分析仪测试,此二元有机溶液导热系数为0.3 W/(m·K)。试验结果表明,该复合相变蓄冷材料具有合适的相变温度和较高的相变潜热,因此在医药冷链物流系统中具有广泛的应用价值。The binary organic composite phase change material (PCM) for cold storage used in the pharmaceutical cold chain logistics system with phase change temperature of 2~8 ℃ is proposed. The binary organic composite solution of lauryl alcohol (LA) -capryl- ic acid (CA),lauryl alcohol (LA)- decanoic acid (DA) and lauryl alcohol (LA)- nonanoic acid (NA) with different mass ratios are compared by gradual cooling curve and DSC (dif- ferential scanning calorimety) test. It's found that when the mass ratio of lauryl alcohol (LA) -caprylic acid (CA) is 40:60, the phase change temperature is 2.08 ℃, and the latent heat is 224.5 J/g. The thermal conductivity of this phase change material is 0. 3 W/(m · K) tested by a thermal constant analyzer. The experimental results show that the composite phase change material for cold storage has suitable phase change temperature and high latent heat of phase change,so it could be widely used in the pharmaceutical cold chain logistics.
