体育彩票公益金如何影响社区居民健康——基于体育基础设施传导视角

摘　　要：本文利用CHARLS的2011年社区数据以及2012年体育彩票年鉴数据,着重从直接和间接两个传导路径探究了体育彩票公益金对于社区居民的死亡率的影响。利用分层线性回归模型进行实证分析,结果表明:第一,我国社区体育基础设施建设较为贫乏,尚未达到"全民健身计划"的要求,农村地区的体育基础设施更为落后。第二,从直接效应看,体育彩票公益金对社区居民的健康状况有明显的促进作用。从间接效应看,体育基础设施变量是体育彩票公益金作用死亡率的中介变量,且间接传导效应所占的比重为61.44%。第三,农村地区体育彩票公益金对于降低社区居民死亡率的直接效应和间接效应均强于城镇地区的。This paper mainly study the relationship between the mortality rate of community residents and sports lottery welfare fund from the direct and indirect effect, by the data of the community CHARLS and sports lottery yearbook in 2011.Using the hierarchical linear regression model to do analysis, the results show that： fwst, the infrastructure of community sports is relatively poor in China, which has not yet reached the requirements of ＂national fimess plan＂. Besides, the sports infrastructure is more backward in rural areas; Second, in the direct effect, the sports lottery welfare fund have significant role in promoting the health of community residents. The indirect effect proportion of the sports infrastructure, which is the intermediary variable, is 61.44%; Third, whether in direct effect or indirect effect, sports lottery welfare fund reduce the community residents mortality, in rural region is stronger than in the urban areas.
