区域创新绩效提升的门槛效应——基于吸收能力视角

摘　　要：基于基于2001—2014年省级面板数据,利用因子分析法从多维度构建了吸收能力综合指数,并通过面板门槛模型实证检验和分析了吸收能力与区域创新绩效之间的关系过面板门槛模型实证检验和分析了吸收能力与区域创新绩效之间的关系。研究结果表明:区域吸收能力是一种多维动态能力是一种多维动态能力,它与区域创新绩效之间的关系呈现非线性特征,其中吸收能力对区域技术创新绩效的影响存在单门槛效应效的影响存在单门槛效应,吸收能力强度只有低于门槛值时,吸收能力的提升才有助于本地实现技术突破破;吸收能力对区域产品创新绩效的影响呈现复杂的双重门槛效应且存在最佳的吸收能力强度区间,当吸收能力提升到大于第一个门槛值小于第二个门槛值这一区间时吸收能力提升到大于第一个门槛值小于第二个门槛值这一区间时,吸收能力对产品创新绩效的促进作用十分明显十分明显;从区域层面来看,相比于产品创新,当前吸收能力对于东、中、西部各地区技术创新的促进作用更为明显作用更为明显,落后地区通过吸收能力的逐步培育能够实现技术追赶。Based on 29 provinces＇ provincial panel data from 2001 to 2014, this paper carries out factor analysis method to construct the comprehensive index of absorptive capacity from multiple dimensions, and then makes an em- pirical research on the relationship between absorptive capacity and regional innovation performance by using panel threshold model. Studies have found that the regional absorptive capacity is a kind of multidimensional- dynamic capa- bilities, the relationship between absorptive capacity and innovation performance is nonlinear. The impact of absorp- tive capacity for regional technical innovation performance exist single threshold effect, only if the intensity of absorp- tion capacity is below the threshold value, will it generate local technology breakthrough. What＇ s more, the influence of absorptive capacity on regional product innovation performance exists complex double-threshold effects and best in- tensity interval, when the absorption capacity is greater than the fast threshold value but less than the second threshold value, it has obvious promoting effect on product innovation performance; From the perspective of regional level, the absorption capacity of eastern, central and western areas area has a more significant effect on regional technology innovation than product innovation aspect, for underdeveloped area it can realize technological catching-up by cultivating absorptive capacity gradually.
