摘　　要：患者女,34岁。右腰腹部肿块27年,水疱、血疱16年,疼痛2个月。皮损组织病理示:真皮全层及皮下可见较多管腔,内衬一层扁平的内皮细胞。免疫组化:D2-40+。诊断:右侧腰腹部局限性并海绵状淋巴管畸形。A 34-year-old female had a tumor on the right waist and abdomen for 27 years, with blisters and blood blisters for 16 years, and pain for 2 months. The histopathology showed a lot of lumina lined by a single layer of flattened endothelial cells in the dermis and subcutaneous tissue. The immunohistochemistry showed positive for D2-40. Diagnosis of the lymphangioma circumscriptum and cavernous lymphangioma was made based on the pathological and immunohistochemical examination.
