泛发皮肤型黏液水肿性苔藓1例

摘　　要：患者男,50岁。周身弥漫性丘疹、硬肿10年就诊。皮肤科情况:面部、躯干及四肢密集坚实丘疹,皮色至淡黄色,至淡红色,大部分融合。面部皮肤肿胀、额部增厚明显,嵴沟明显,鼻根部皮肤肥厚凸起。皮损组织病理示:鳞状上皮组织表面轻度角化,皮突延长,真皮浅中层纤维组织增生,真皮浅层黏蛋白明显增加。阿新兰染色:阳性。诊断:泛发皮肤型黏液水肿性苔藓。A 50-year-old male had papules and scleroderma on the whole body for more than 10 years. Physical examination showed dense papules in yellowish or light red color on the face,trunk and limbs. Majority of the lesions merged together. Facial skin appeared swelling and thickening. Hypertrophic skin was noticeable on the nasal root. Histopathological examination revealed slight keratinization of squamous epithelial tissue, elongation of epidermal rete ridge, hyperplasia of fibroblasts and increased mucoprotein in the dermis. The alcian blue staining was positive. The diagnosis of cutaneous lichen myxedematosus（LM）was made.
