高效液相色谱法测定感冒疏风片中升麻素苷及5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定感冒疏风片中升麻素苷、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱采用Agilent Extend-C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(37∶63),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长254 nm。结果升麻素苷、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷进样量线性范围分别为0.064 6~1.292 0μg和0.061 4~1.227 4μg,r均为1.000 0;平均回收率分别为97.56%和97.57%,RSD分别为0.40%和0.48%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便、重复性好、结果准确,可作为感冒疏风片质量的控制方法。Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of prim-O-glucasylcimifoginand 5-O-methylvisammiosodein in Ganmaoshufeng Tablets. Methods The separation was performed on a Agilent Extend-C18 column（ 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm）with methanol-water solution（ 37 ∶ 63）, the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min, the detection wave length was 254 nm. Results The linear ranges of prim-O-glucasylcimifogin and 5-O-methylvisammiosode were 0. 064 6-1. 292 0 μg（ r = 1. 000 0） and 0. 061 4-1. 227 4 μg（ r = 1. 000 0）,respectively,the average recoveries were 97. 56% and 97. 57%,respectively,the RSDs were 0. 40% and 0. 48%,respectively（ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple,reproducidle and accurate,which can be used for the quality contorl of Ganmaoshufeng Tablets.
