小儿智力糖浆联合综合康复训练对孤独症儿童语言障碍的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿智力糖浆联合综合康复训练对孤独症儿童语言障碍的疗效。方法选择2013年7月至2015年12月医院接受治疗的孤独症儿童语言障碍患者共100例,将其按照诊疗编号分为对照组和治疗组,每组50例。对照组采用康复训练进行治疗,治疗组加用小儿智力糖浆治疗,持续治疗6个月。结果治疗前,治疗组与对照组患儿临床语言交流障碍各项指标达4级和5级的均无明显差异(P>0.05)。经过半年治疗,治疗组患儿的语言交流障碍明显改善,且改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用综合康复训练联合小儿智力糖浆治疗孤独症患儿语言障碍,能有效改善患儿的临床语言障碍,增强主动语言能力及理解能力,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Children＇s Intelligence Syrup combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training for treating communication barrier of autistic children. Methods Totally 100 children with autism treated in our hospital from July 2013 to December 2015 were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the number of diagnosis and treatment,50 cases in each group. The control group was given comprehensive rehabilitation training,the treatment group was given Children＇s Intelligence Syrup combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training. The two groups were treated for 6 months. Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the clinical indicators of communication barrier which reached 4 and 5 levels between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. After 6 months of treatment,the communication barrier of the treatment group was improved obviously,and the improvement degree was obviously better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Children＇s Intelligence Syrup combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training for treating communication barrier of autistic children can effectively improve children＇s clinical communication barrier,enhance the ability of active language and comprehension,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
