摘 要:壳聚糖是性能优异的天然高分子材料,具有生物相溶性、安全性、生物降解性等诸多优点,但它本身不能溶于水和有机溶剂。本文是将壳聚糖改性成羟丙基壳聚糖,并将其与有机硅发生反应,制备羟丙基壳聚糖有机硅表面活性剂。用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对其进行结构表征,测定产品的表面张力、溶解度,泡沫性。证实制备的羟丙基壳聚糖有机硅表面活性剂具有优良的表面活性和泡沫性,有望用作一种绿色高分子表面活性剂。Chitosan is a natural polymer material with excellent properties, biological compatibility, security, and biodegradation, but it is not soluble in water and organic solvents. The hydroxypropyl chitosan organosilicon surfactants are prepared by distribution of reaction of hydroxypropyl chitosan and polydimethylsiloxane. The structure of this surfactants are characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and surface tension, solubility and foaming characteristics of surfactants were measured in this paper. The results show that hydroxypropyl chitosan silicone surfactant is expected to be used as a kind of green polymer surfactants with its excellent surface activity and foaming characteristics.
