关于建设“八宝生态文明景区”的建议

摘　　要：云南省的风景名胜区——八宝,具有得天独厚的自然景观和丰富多彩的人文资源,且位于古南方丝绸之路的重要节点上,而今又有高等级公路和云桂高铁直通,应当遵照中央"五位一体"的总体布局和建设"一带一路"的战略部署,抓紧进行生态文明景区建设,重点建设板幕民族生态文化园区、八宝新型城镇改建区、乐共漂流运动基地和三腊瀑布风景区,为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦作贡献。Babao, Yunnan sightseeing site, has unique natural scenery and colorful humanity resources, is located on the important node of ancient silk road, now can be reached by superhighway and Yungui high speed train, the paper deems that Babao should quicken the construction of ecological civilization zone, Banmu nationality ecological culture zone, new style district, Legong drifing sports base and Sanla waterfalls sightseeing zone to make contributions to the great redevelopment dream of China following the party central committee＇s the overall plan of ＂Five-in-one＂ and strategic plan of ＂ one belt and one road＂.
