马樱丹水提液抗全齿复活线虫研究

摘  要:通过研磨和熬煮的方法分别提取马樱丹茎、叶、花的水提液,并测定其对全齿复活线虫的毒杀效果。结果表明:研磨方法提取的马樱丹叶、花、茎水提液原液处理线虫72 h时,死亡率分别为100%、100%、80.52%;熬煮方法提取的马樱丹叶、花、茎水提液原液处理线虫72 h时,死亡率分别为100%、91.76%、70.03%;其中叶的杀线虫活性最强,花,茎次之;马樱丹水提液中毒杀线虫的有效物质具耐高温性,随着稀释倍数的增大,水提液对线虫的毒杀效果逐渐减小,当稀释倍数大于4倍时,杀线虫活力显著下降,表明马樱丹不同部位的水提液抗线虫活性与其浓度呈正相关。The aqueous extract solution of lantana camara stem, leaf and fl ower is extracted by the methods of grinding and boiling. In addition, the poison effect of it on panagrellus redivivus is measured. When the aqueous extract solution of lantana camara stem, leaf and fl ower extracted by the method of grinding is used to process nematode for 72 h, the death rates are100%, 100% and 80.52% respectively. When the aqueous extract solution of lantana camara stem, leaf and fl ower extracted by the method of boiling is used to process for 72 h, the death rates were 100%, 91.76%, and 70.03% respectively, which indicated that the nematocidal activity of leaf is the strongest, and then fl ower and stem are the secondary. in addition, it also indicates that the active substance poisoning nematode in aqueous extract solution has the property of high-temperature resistance. With the dilution ratio increasing, the poison effect of aqueous extract solution on nematode is declining. When the dilution ratio was greater than 4 times, the nematocidal activity declines signifi cantly, which indicates that the nematocidal activity on different parts of lantana camara is positively associated with its concentration.
