摘 要:纤维素醚属于水溶性聚合物,是天然纤维素的一种衍生物,对新型水泥砂浆保水和增稠起决定性的作用。纤维素醚吸附在水泥颗粒表面,从而延缓了水泥的早期水化进程,且对各种水泥熟料单矿物水化进程的延缓效果存在差异;与此同时,纤维素醚对新拌砂浆孔结构的演变过程也存在着显著影响,故从上述4个方面阐述了纤维素醚在新拌砂浆中的作用机理;并提出了未来研究的发展方向。Cellulose ether as a water-soluble polymer that is one of the derivatives of natural cellulose is used in fresh mortar mainly as thickening and water-retaining agents. Cellulose ether can be adsorbed on cement particle surfaces, leading to the retardation of cement hydration, which is collaborated by various cement clinker phases (i.e., C3S, C2S, CaA, and C4AF) with obviously different retardations of their own hydration. Meanwhile, the pore structure evolution of fresh mortar is also changed due to cellulose ether. For such a phenomenon above, the mechanism of cellulose ether in fresh mortar was reviewed, and the corresponding aspects involved adsorption phenomenon, effect on cement paste hydration at early age, effect on cement clinker hydration at early age, effect on pore evolution of cement mortar at early age. In addition, the further development was also proposed.
