摘 要:为了揭示双巷布置工作面留巷塑性区演化特征,以石圪台矿为研究背景,应用理论分析和数值模拟方法,针对主应力大小、角度和塑性区分布特征展开研究,获取了留巷主应力变化规律、塑性区扩展特征,阐明了留巷发生非对称变形的原因。结果表明:1)得出了留巷轴向主应力分布特征,并沿走向将其划分为7个阶段,主应力特征曲线左右大致对称,中部高且平缓、左右两侧较低但变化幅度大,其中主应力大小及角度急剧变化过程位于滞后影响阶段;2)主应力大小与塑性区扩展范围正相关,主应力角度决定了塑性区扩展方位,二者共同作用下塑性区产生非对称扩展,从而引起留巷围岩非对称变形;3)得出了石圪台矿31203工作面留巷非对称变形破坏特征,确定了隐患部位,提出了留巷非对称补强支护方案,现场应用取得良好效果。In order to reveal the plastic zone evolution characteristics of retained entry of working face with double roadways layout,with Shigetai Colliery as the research background,the change law of the principal stress research was carried out on the magnitude and angle of the principal stress and the distribution characteristics of plastic zone through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the change law of the principal stress and expansion characteristics of the plastic zone in the retained entry were acquired,and the reason of asymmetric deformation in the retained entry was expounded.The result has indicated that 1) The distribution characteristics of principal stress have been obtained and it can be divided into seven stages along the axial direction of retained entry.The characteristic curve of principal stress is nearly symmetric with its middle party high and gentle,left and right sides low but changing sharply,and the intense change stage of the magnitude and angle of principal stress locates in the stage of lagging influence;2) The magnitude of principal stress is positively correlated with the extended area of the plastic zone,the angle of principal stress determines the plastic zone extending position,and both of that result in the asymmetrical extending of plastic zone,and further induces the asymmetric deformation of surrounding rock in the retained entry;3) Asymmetric deformation and failure characteristics of retained entry of working face 31203 in Shigetai Colliery were obtained,the area with hidden danger was determined,and the asymmetrical reinforcement support technology was put forward which has achieved a good effect in field tests.
