摘  要:针对资源整合矿井改扩建过程中面临大巷穿采空区时的围岩控制难题,提出在采空区顶板采用强力锚网喷支护系统和在采空区内采用钢筋混凝土-钢梁组合框架系统进行围岩控制与空间构建,并阐明裂隙发育区锚杆(索)控制与钢筋混凝土立柱减跨支撑的联合支护机理。研发的钢筋混凝土-钢梁组合框架系统是以H型钢筋混凝土立柱与纵梁以及顶板横钢梁组成的空间框架结构为主体,辅以经纬网、水泥板、缓冲材料、砖墙以及混凝土喷层等形成,具有立柱强支撑、顶板抗冲击、巷道隔绝空间构建等功能,并采用力学方法计算了立柱支撑前后顶板梁弯矩变化、立柱支撑能力以及立柱所受弯矩与支撑能力的关系。结合现场地质生产条件与工程经验,确定了大巷过采空区时锚网喷与组合框架联合支护方案与工艺流程以及相应安全技术措施,实践效果良好。In view of the surrounding rock control problems during main roadway crossing goaf period in the process of resource integration and mine transformation and expansion,an intensive support system of bolt-mesh-shotcrete on goaf roof and a reinforced composite frame system of concrete-steel beam in goaf were proposed to control surrounding rock and build roadway space,and the combined supporting mechanism of anchor cable and reinforced concrete pillar in the fracture zone was fully explained.The composite frame system of reinforced concrete and steel beam developed takes the space frame structure of H-shaped reinforced concrete pillar,stringer and horizontal steel beam in the roof as the main body,with the complement of anchor graticule,concrete panel,cushion material,brick wall and concrete spray layer.The composite frame system has main functions of strong support of pillars,impact resistance in the roof,isolated space construction in the roadway,etc.Also,a mechanical calculation method was employed to work out the changes in the roof beam bending moment before and after pillar support,the supporting ability of reinforced concrete pillar,and the relationship between bending moment and support capacity of the pillar.Combining the geological production conditions on site and engineering experience,the scheme and process flow of the combined support of bolt-mesh-shotcrete and composite frame during main roadway crossing goaf with corresponding safety technological measures were determined and achieved good results in practice.
