摘  要:以呼吉尔特矿区葫芦素副立井为工程实例,对国内首个基岩冻结新型单层井壁现浇混凝土温度场开展了现场实测研究,对新型单层井壁的防冻害、防裂技术进行了讨论。研究结果表明:在取消泡沫塑料保温层、现浇混凝土与冻结基岩直接接触的条件下,通过适当增加冻结管至井帮距离、提高井帮温度的方法,可保证新型单层井壁在强度增长期免受冻害,葫芦素副立井实测的全断面正温养护时间≥26.7 d。采用微膨胀混凝土技术、"竖筋预紧"等方法在现浇混凝土中施加预压应力,可部分抵消井壁因温度变形产生的拉应力,葫芦素副立井井壁防裂效果良好。With Hulusu auxiliary shaft lining of Erdos Hujierte Coal Mine Area as the engineering project,the field measurement of cast-in-situ concrete temperature field of China's first new single-layer freezing shaft lining in bed rock was carried out,and the technologies for prevention of frost-damage and crack in the new single-layer shaft lining were discussed.The results have shown that with the foam plastic board removed from between shaft lining and the frozen bed rock(shaft lining directly contacting the frozen bed rock),properly increasing the distance from frozen pipes to shaft lining and raising the temperature of shaft wall can prevent the new single-layer shaft lining from frost damage during intensity growth period.The whole section thermos-tropic curing time measured in Hulusu auxiliary shaft lining is greater than or equal to 26.7 d.Applying compressive pre-stress through micro-expansion of concrete and pre-tensioning of vertical rebar can offset some tensile stress resulting from temperature deformation.Crack-control in Hulusu auxiliary shaft lining achieves good effect.
