摘 要:为研究松软煤层水力冲孔卸压增透特性,自主研制了水力冲孔物理模拟试验装置,其主要结构包括喷嘴、水力冲孔钻杆、水力冲孔旋转系统、水力冲孔推进系统、底座及固定系统等。该装置可基于自主研制的多场耦合煤层瓦斯抽采物理模拟试验系统,开展不同地应力状态及不同水力冲孔条件下的水力冲孔物理模拟试验。利用该系统进行了水力冲孔物理模拟试验,分析结果发现,冲孔过程中由于水力冲孔卸压作用,导致影响区域范围内煤体产生压缩变形,同时钻孔成像结果反映了水力冲孔孔洞形态及水力冲孔卸压造成的裂隙位置及形态,为后期分析水力冲孔卸压机理及水力冲孔后瓦斯运移规律提供了一定的支撑。High-pressure rotating hydraulic punching physical simulation test device was developed to study the characteristics of pressure release and transparency of hydraulic punching in soft coal seam.Its main structures are the nozzle,hydraulic punching drill pipe,hydraulic punching rotating system,hydraulic punching propulsion system,the base,and securing system,etc.Based on the self-developed physical simulation experiment system for coupling coal seam gas extraction,the device can be used in hydraulic punching physical simulation experiments under different in-situ stress state and different hydraulic punching sizes.A hydraulic punching simulation test was carried out with this system and it was found that during the process of punching due to hydraulic punching pressure relief,the coal in the impact area scope compressed.At the same time,the borehole imaging results clearly reflect the hydraulic punching hole and the position and shape of the fracture,which can provide support for hydraulic hole pressure relieving mechanism and methane moving mechanism in later analysis.
