摘　　要：城镇化水平是衡量国家发展的重要标志,是我国社会发展的重大战略,以物流业为主导的新型城镇综合功能区建设对于我国欠发达地区实现全面建设小康社会具有重要意义。分析了以物流业为主导的新型城镇综合功能区建设的影响因素,建立了以物流业为主导的新型城镇综合功能区运行机制,提出了新型城镇化综合功能区建设的具体发展策略。In this paper, we analyzed the factors influencing the construction of the new-~type urban comprehensive functional zone dominated with the logistics industry in China as well as its significance for the achievement of the overall well-off society in the under- developed regions of China, built the operational mechanism of the new- type urban comprehensive functional zone dominated with the logistics industry, and proposed the specific strategy for its construction and development.
