摘  要:利用计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)软件对某四缸柴油机排气歧管内部流场进行分析,发现排气歧管进口、出口及主体转弯处均存在气体流速过高,弯管处存在较大涡流等现象。基于对内流场涡流及速度不均匀处的分析,对排气歧管进行结构优化,使流场速度分布更加均匀,模型改进后1号进口条件的出口质量流率从0.210kg/s提升到0.410kg/s,2号进口条件的出口质量流率从0.330kg/s提升到0.383kg/s,故可有效改善气体排出状况。By using the computational fluid dynamics (CFD)software,a four cylinder diesel engine exhaust manifold internal flow field were analyzed.It is found that the rate of gas flow in the principal part of the exhaust manifold import,export and corner and bend the phenomenon such as large eddy current there.Based on the internal flow filed uneven eddy current and speed of analysis was carried out on the exhaust manifold structure optimization,the flow field velocity distribution is more even.At the same time, import export quality flow rate under the condition of no. 1 from 0.210 kg/s to O.410kg/s,2 import export under the condition of mass flow rate from O.330kg/s to 0.383kg/s, greatly improve the gas discharge conditions.
