摘　　要：科研管理是医院管理工作当中的一项重要内容,有系统性和长期性的特点,而且医院不仅是一个单一的医疗卫生机构,除了要满足医疗工作需求以外,还需要通过科研管理来提升科研研究水平和质量,增强科研管理工作的实效性,这对于医院医疗水平和专业质量的提升都有着推动作用,在全面推进医院建设的过程中尤为关键。文章将重点就医院科研管理工作的创新实践策略进行探讨,以推动医院的长久持续发展。Scientific research management is an important part of the hospital management work with systematic and long-term characteristics, and the hospital is not just a single medical and health institutions, in addition to meet the needs of medical work, which for the hospital medical level and professional quality of the promotion have a role in promoting the construction of the hospital in the process is particularly critical. The article will focus on the hospital scientific research management work to explore innovative strategies to promote the hospital＇s long-term sustainable development.
