摘　　要：目的探究后腹腔镜与输尿管镜技术治疗感染性输尿管上段结石患者后对其肾功能及其相关指标的影响。方法抽取在我院接受治疗的70例感染性输尿管上段结石患者作为研究对象,将其分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对观察组患者采用后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石技术(RPLU)治疗,观察并对比两组患者的SCr、BUN、NGAL肾功能指标。结果两组患者治疗前的SCr、BUN、NGAL肾功能指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后对照组患者的NGAL水平高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论观察组患者的肾功能恢复较好且术后并发症发生率相对较低;而对照组患者的肾功能恢复不及观察组,并发症也高于观察组,但其对患者创伤小,利于恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopy and ureteroscopy on renal function and related indexes in patients with infectious upper ureteral calculi. Methods 70 patients with infectious upper ureteral calculi treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy （RPLU）, and the renal function indexes of SCr, BUN and NGAL were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, SCr, BUN, NGAL, renal function indexes between two groups of patients had no significant difference, the difference had no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05）; after treatment, the level of NGAL in patients in control group was higher than the observation group, the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The renal function＇ achieve good recovery and postoperative complication rate is relatively low in patients in observation group and both better than control group, but there is less traumatic and rapid restore in patients in control group.
