经皮椎体成形骨水泥注入治疗老年脊椎骨质疏松压缩性骨折的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经皮椎体成形骨水泥注入治疗老年脊椎骨质疏松压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法选择2015年7月—2016年6月诊治的老年脊椎骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者中抽取42例作研究对象,予以经皮椎体成形骨水泥注入治疗,并应用统计学软件分析患者治疗效果和疼痛症状变化。结果 (1)本组患者治疗优良率是92.86%;(2)本组患者治疗前的VAS疼痛评分是(8.12±1.09)分,高于治疗后的(3.92±1.66)分(P<0.01)。结论经皮椎体成形骨水泥注入治疗老年脊椎骨质疏松压缩性骨折的临床效果确切。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty bone cement injection in the treatment of osteoporotic fractures of the elderly. Methods Forty-two patients with osteoporotic compression fractures were enrolled in this study from July 2015 to June 2016. The patients were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty bone cement and treated with statistical software patient treatment and pain symptoms change. Results （1）The excellent and good rate of treatment was 92.86% in this group. （2）The VAS pain score before treatment was （8.12：i：1.09）, which was higher than that after treatment （3.92~1.66） （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The clinical effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty bone cement injection in the treatment of osteoporotic fractures of the elderly is accurate.
