离退休干部患者的心理问题分析及干预对策探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨离退休干部患者的心理问题分析及干预对策。方法选取2015年8月—2016年9月本院老干部病房100例离退休干部患者,采用SCL-90量表对所有研究对象心理状态进行统计,并将统计结果与量表正常值进行对比,根据统计结果研究针对性干预对策。结果离退休老干部患者心理问题主要集中在人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、偏执评分高于正常值,P<0.05。结论离退休干部患者的心理问题主要存在孤独、焦虑、角色不适应、抑郁等,应给予相应的干预措施,使其保持良好心态,有助提高他们的健康状态。Objective To explore and analysis the psychological problems and intervention strategies of retired cadres. Methods 100 retired cadres in our hospital from August 2015 to September 2016 were selected, the SCL-90 scale was used to analysis all the psychological status of the research object, and the statistical results were compared with scale normal, according to the results of statistical research,targeted intervention countermeasures were studied. Results The psychological problems of retired cadres were significantly higher than normal in interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety and bigotry. P 〈 0.05. Conelusion The main psychological problems are loneliness, anxiety, none adaptation to the role, depression, etc, corresponding intervention measures are needed for them to maintain good state of mind and improve their health.
