摘　　要：目的研究黄体酮胶丸用于早期先兆流产保胎治疗的临床疗效。方法选择我院2015年3月—2016年9月患有早期先兆流产的临床病例40例进行分析,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例。对照组采取肌肉注射黄体酮的治疗方法,观察组采取口服黄体酮胶丸的方式治疗,对比观察两组患者的临床症状、体征和血清孕酮(P)水平。结果两组患者在临床症状、体征和血清孕酮(P)水平上,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论口服黄体酮胶丸和肌肉注射黄体酮都能很好的治疗早期先兆流产,但是口服黄体酮胶丸比较方便,能避免肌肉注射给患者带来的疼痛,黄体酮胶丸能很好的治疗由于黄体功能不足引起的先兆流产,临床效果好,安全可靠。Objective To study the clinical effect of progesterone soft capsules for treatment of early threatened abortion. Methods 40 cases of threatened abortion in our hospital from March 2015 to September 2016 were analyzed. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intramuscular injection of progesterone, the observation group was treated with oral progesterone soft capsules treatment, clinical symptoms, signs and serum progesterone （P） level between two groups of patients were compared. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the clinical symptoms, signs and serum progesterone （P） levels （P 〉 0.05）. conclusion The effect of oral and intramuscular injection of progesterone soft capsules in the treatment of early treatment of threatened abortion is very gobd, but oral progesterone soft capsules is more convenient, it can avoid the pain caused by intramuscular injection, progesterone soft capsules can achieve very good treatment in premonitory abortion caused by inadequate luteal function, its clinical effect is good, safe and reliable.
