小金片联合超声介入穿刺注药对乳腺单纯性囊肿患者的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探究超声介入穿刺注药联合口服小金片治疗乳腺单纯性囊肿的效果。方法选择2014年4月—2016年4月在本院接受诊断及治疗的80例乳腺单纯性囊肿患者作为研究对象,将患者按照随机原则均分为对照组和研究组,对照组患者行超声介入穿刺注药治疗,研究组患者行超声介入穿刺注药联合口服小金片治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果。结果全部患者经过超声介入穿刺注药后,患者抽出液呈现暗黄色和咖啡色,量为1.2~16.0 ml,平均液体量为(9.9±2.2)ml,在细胞学检查中,并未发现恶性细胞。从治疗总有效率方面对比,研究组治疗效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);从胀痛率方面对比,两组数据对比,研究组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用超声介入穿刺注药联合口服小金片治疗乳腺单纯性囊肿患者,可以提升患者治疗效果,降低胀痛。Objective To explore the effect of ultrasound interventional puncture injection combined with oral xiaojin pills in the treatment of simple breast cysts. Methods 80 cases of breast cyst patients were taken as the research object from April 2014 to April 2016 in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment, the patients were randomly divided into the control group and study group, control group was treated with interventional ultrasound puncture and injection therapy, the study group was treated with ultrasound-guided puncture injection and oral xiaojin pills treatment. Treatment effect was compared between two groups. Results After interventional ultrasound puncture injection, there was dark yellow and brown fluid pumped out, the amount was 1.2-16.0 ml, the average amount of liquid was （9.9＋2.2） ml in cytological examination, no malignant cells were found. The total efficiency in study group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; the pain rate in the study group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The interventional ultrasound puncture injection and oral xiaojin pills in the treatment of breast simple cyst patients, can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the pain of patients.
