摘 要:目的改进风湿免疫科老年患者进食行为,促进安全进食,保证充足的营养摄入。方法通过自制的问卷,采用方便抽样的方法,调查风湿免疫科老年人住院期间进食中存在的安全问题。结果 (1)在100例患者中,有45%的患者在住院期间发生误吸。(2)处理误吸的能力缺乏,只有11%患者选择取出口鼻腔内的异物。(3)吞咽功能评估:84%的患者吞咽功能在Ⅰ~Ⅲ级;16%的患者进食有困难,需进行吞咽功能训练。(4)在调查的老年患者当中,患者进食中存在进食体位不正确、食物类型不合适、进食方法不正确等危险因素。结论风湿免疫科住院老人进食存在安全问题,需要护理人员加强安全进食的指导。Objective To improve the eating behavior of elderly patients with rheumatic problems, and promote safe eating, to ensure adequate nutritional intake. Methods The self made questionnaire was used, the security problems of eating in elderly patients in rheumatic department were investigated by convenient sampling method. Results (1)In 100 patients, 45% of patients in the hospital sufferred from aspiration. (2)Handling capacity of aspiration was poor, only 11% of patients removed the foreign matter in the nose and mouth cavity. (3)Swallowing function assessment: 84% of swallowing function in patients with a grade Ⅰ-Ⅲ ; 16% of patients with difficulties swallowing function with a grade Ⅳ,Ⅴ, there was need for Iraining. (4)The risk factors of eating in elderly patients were eating position, inappropriate food typed and incorrect feeding methods. Conclusion Elderly patients with rheumatic suffer from security problems of eating, nurses should strengthen food safety guidance.
