唑来膦酸治疗老年原发性骨质疏松症效果观察

摘　　要：目的评价分析唑来膦酸治疗老年原发性骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月至2014年12月焦作市第二人民医院老年原发性骨质疏松症患者90例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予钙尔奇D 600 mg,1次/d,25羟维生素D 25μg,1次/d,口服;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予唑来膦酸钠5 mg静脉注射,治疗周期为1 a。观察治疗后两组患者腰椎和股骨颈骨密度(BMD)的变化情况。结果对照组治疗后L_1~L_4及股骨颈的BMD水平与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后L_1~L_4及股骨颈的BMD水平较治疗前均明显增加(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组L_1~L_4 BMD水平高于对照组(P<0.05),且股骨颈BMD也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论唑来膦酸治疗老年原发性骨质疏松症临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of zoledronic acid in the treatment of senile primary osteoporosis. Methods Ninety elderly patients with primary osteoporosis from January of 2013 to December of 2014 in Jiaozuo Second People＇ s Hospital were divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was given calcium DQ 600 mg once a day, 25 hy- droxy vitamin D 25 p,g once a day, oral; treatment group accepted the treatment of sodium azole phosphate 5 mg intravenous injec- tion based on the control group, the treatment period was ! a. Bone mineral density （BMD） of lumbar and femur was observed. Results Both the B MD of lumbar L1 - L4 and femoral neck in control group were increased after treatment, but there was no sig- nificant difference （P 〉 0. 05）. Both the BMD of lumbar L1 -L4 and femoral neck in zoledronic acid group were significantly in- creased （P 〈 O. 05 ）. There was a difference in BMD of lumbar L1 - L4 between before and after treatment in both two groups （P 〈 O. 05）, there was significant difference in BMD of femoral neck between two groups （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Zoledronic acid is effective in the treatment of primary osteoporosis in elderly patients and is worthy of clinical application.
