摘  要:以0.06%秋水仙素和2%二甲基亚砜为加倍药剂,比较不同处理时间、不同根长的玉米单倍体幼芽切根处理与直接浸根的加倍效果。结果表明,处理时间12~72 h均能提高玉米单倍体加倍率,显著高于自然加倍,处理48 h加倍率最高。不同根长的切根处理加倍率存在显著差异,根长5~10 mm加倍率最高,根长大于21 mm加倍率最低。切根处理48 h,单倍体植株平均散粉率和结实率分别为51.39%和8.74%,极显著高于直接浸根处理的散粉率和结实率。To investigate the doubling efficiency(DE) of maize haploid, the colchicines(0.06% ) and DMSO (2.0%) were used on the germ of root and cutting root of haploid which induced from DY37xS2187, and compared the DE with different treatment time and root length, respectively. The result indicated that DE for natural doubling were significantly lower than DE with a treatment of cutting root, which has been treated on colchicines and DMSO with 12-72 hours. Further more, the treatment time of 48 hours showed the most efficient on haploid doubling, the average rate of loose powder and seed set were 51.39% and 8.74%, which were significantly higher than the average rate of loose powder and seed set for germ of root with colchicines and DMSO. In addition, the results suggested that the DE with 5-10 mm root length was most efficient, and DE of the root length longer than 21mm were the lowest.
