摘  要:目的 探讨诱导HO-1表达对慢性间歇性缺氧下INS-1细胞的影响.方法 通过不同浓度钴原卟啉(CoPP)作用于慢性间歇性缺氧下INS-1细胞,观察胰岛素、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平,采用RT-PCR检测HO-1 mRNA表达.结果 随着CoPP浓度增高,胰岛素、SOD、HO-1表达逐渐增高,而MDA逐渐降低,当CoPP浓度达到40 μmol/L时作用最强(P〈 0.05).结论 慢性间歇性缺氧下诱导INS-1细胞HO-1表达,对细胞起一定保护作用.Objective To investigate the effect of induced HO-1 expression on INS-1 cells in chronic intermittent hypoxia.Methods INS-1 cells were observed under different concentrations of CoPP in chronic intermittent hypoxia, and the levels of insulin, SOD and MDA were observed.Using RT-PCR to detect the expression of mRNA HO-1.Results With the increasing of CoPP concentration, the expression of insulin, HO-1 and SOD gradually increased, while MDA decreased.When the concentration of CoPP reached 40 μmol/L, the strongest effect were observed.Conclusions Induced the expression of HO-1 in INS-1 cells in chronic intermittent hypoxia has a protective effect on the cells.
