摘　　要：目的 探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺术在肺部空洞病变中的应用价值.方法 收集肺空洞性病变患者31例,均于CT室行经皮肺穿刺术,活检组织行病理学检查.结果 31例患者中,阳性结果30例,其中肺癌22例,结核4例,肺脓肿3例,肺曲霉病1例,1例未确诊.结论 CT引导下经皮肺穿刺术简便、安全、阳性率高,适于临床推广.Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy on pulmonary cavity.Methods Thirty-one patients with pulmonary cavity were selected, and were treated by percutaneous lung biopsy in the CT room, the tissue specimens were sent for pathologic examination.Results In thirty-one cases, 30 cases was positive, of whom lung cancer was 22 cases, TB was four cases, lung abscesses was three cases, pulmonary aspergillosis was one case, undiagnosed was one case.Conclusions CT guided percutaneous lung puncture is simple, safe, positive rate is high, and is suitable for clinical promotion.
