护理作业书对管理和控制肿瘤患者不适症状的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨有效管理和控制肿瘤患者常见不适症状的护理措施,达到提高患者舒适度,改善生活质量的目的。方法制定《肿瘤常见不适症状标准护理作业书》,随机选取两个病区进行对照实验。研究组实施护理作业书,对照组采用常规护理。两组均采用Eortc生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30),在患者入院时进行不适症状、舒适度、生活质量的调查,出院前再次进行调查,对比两组患者在入院后、出院前不适症状、舒适度及生活质量的改变。结果两组患者的疼痛、疲乏、便秘、焦虑、恐惧、睡眠障碍等不适症状差异有显著性,P﹤0.05;但食欲下降、恶心呕吐、腹泻等症状的差异无显著性意义,P﹥0.05;两组患者出院前的舒适度和生活质量差异有显著意义,P﹤0.05。结论实施《肿瘤常见不适症状标准护理作业书》,能对肿瘤患者的疼痛、疲乏、便秘、焦虑、恐惧、睡眠障碍等常见不适症状进行有效管理和控制,达到改善患者舒适度,提高生活质量的目的。Objective： Purpose Study on the nursing measures to manage and control the common discomfort symptoms of the tumour patients , and to improve the comfort and quality of life of the patients. Methods ： To set up ＂the nursing Standard Operating Procedure（SOP） of the common discomfort symptoms of the tumour patients ＂, and randomly selected two wards to do experiment. The SOP were implemented in the Study Group, the control group were received routine nursing care. Using the Eortc QLQ-C30 to investigate the core of the common discomfort symptoms, comfort and quality of life when the tumour patients admitted to hospital. And the patients were investigated again before discharge. Then to compare with the changes of core discomfort sysmptoms, comfort and quality of life in the two groups after admission and before discharge. Result ：The differences wre significant in pain, fatigue, constipation, anxiety, fear, sleep disorders and other symptoms between the two groups（P 〈 0. 05 ）. But There was no significant difference in loss of appetite, nausea, vomi- ting, diarrhea and other symptoms between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05）. The differences of comfort core and quality of life between the two groups were significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： To implement the nursing SOP of the common discom- fort symptoms of the tumour patients can effectively manage and control the symptoms , for example pain, fatigue, constipa- tion, anxiety,fear,sleep disorders and so on. And can improve the patient,s comfort and quality of life.
